About us
At Transparent Language, we work in teams to solve a seemingly simple problem that turns out to have many complex and fascinating dimensions: learning another language for professional purposes takes too long. We are software, language, and business specialists working together to change that. We create innovative software and methodology that many of the world's most rigorous language schools and programs use to teach and learn languages faster, more reliably, and with greater flexibility, and visibility.
We exploit current research and emerging technology to do more than make language learning "better". We are transforming language learning by significantly reducing how long it takes while increasing relevance, satisfaction, and the certainty of success. We reduce the need to remove valuable professionals from their jobs for language training. All of this makes it more practical for governments, schools, companies, and even individuals, to choose to develop the language skills they need to succeed in today's world.
We also invest in our 7000 Languages Project, through which we donate our unique technology to expert people and organizations working to promote the use and learning of endangered languages and other under-supported languages.
We are looking for creative self-starters who think for themselves and work well with others, who excel at what they do, and love learning something new.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring, promotion, or other employment decisions on the basis of race, age, sex, color, pregnancy, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, national origin, ancestry, veteran status or any other basis protected by law. EEO is the law, and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Individuals with disabilities and protected veterans are encouraged to apply. If you have a disability and need an accomodation to apply, please contact Jobs@Transparent.com.
