Return and Cancellation Policy

What is your refund policy? The Transparent Language, Inc. store by Digital River offers a 6-month money back guarantee.

How do I request a refund? To obtain a refund, please click here to look up your order. Click "Request a Return" and follow the instructions to initiate your refund.

How do I cancel my order? If you chose to pay by check or money order and have not yet sent your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.

When will my credit appear on my credit card? Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).

FAQs

  • Can I expect to have the right to return the item for any reason?
    Yes, you may return your product back for a refund for any reason as long as it is within the 6 month guarantee. We will refund back the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling.

  • If the item is not what I expected, can I expect a full refund?
    If the item you purchased is not what you expected or doesn't fit your needs, you may return it back to us for a refund, less shipping and handling, within 6 months from purchase date.

  • If I receive an incorrect item or it is broken, can I expect a replacement with no extra shipping fees?
    If you receive an incorrect item or the item arrives damaged, we will ship you out the correct item or a replacement of your broken item at no charge. Please contact us by email at info@transparent.com and include your order number.

  • Can I expect to pay a restocking fee?
    No, we do not charge restocking fees for returns.
