The recent update to Android 4.4 Kit Kat has caused an incompatibility issue in the BYKI Language apps for Android. We are currently working to resolve this issue and anticipate it being resolved shortly. Welcome to the FAQ page for Transparent Language. On the left side you will find a list of our current products. Clicking on any of those will open that category and display many Frequently Asked Questions for that product. You can also try searching for your current problem by typing in a key word or phrase in the Search bar above (for example if you have a problem with your password a good search would be "password"). If you are unable to find an answer to your questions please click on the "Add Question" button in the top menu bar, fill in the form and submit it. We will do our best to answer questions submitted in this manner in 1-2 business days.
We are currently in the process of updating our Frequently Asked Questions page. Over the coming weeks we will be adding more recent Frequently Asked Questions to the page. Much of this update will have to do with our newer products such as Transparent Language Online and our mobile applications.
