Sour cream will be either gräddfil (that&#039;s the kind you can&#039;t use for cooking) or creme fraiche (which you can cook). I personally prefer creme fraiche.
Half-and-half I never use, but I guess this is something like kaffegrädde.
And another milk post is coming up! :)</description>
