My husband has his Swedish cookery books here in Scotland and was looking for a fish which in Sweden is called red tongue, I could not find anything like this here at any of our Harbour shops here in Scotland. Do you know what the equivalent of red tongue would be? Very grateful if you can help. We have sold our flat in Stockholm and are moving to Almsta in January, happy days.
