I would be really happy to give you as many translations as you want, but it will be somehow difficult for me to pull the terms out of a hat, since electronics is not my field :-)
I can get started with the terms you included in your message, and you can send me a list of other terms or common sentences in English that you use in your job and would like to get translated:

assembly - montaje
assembler - ensamblador
electronics - electrónica
connectors - conectores
wire - cable
to wire - conectar
solder - soldadura
to solder - soldar
part - pieza
board - placa
LED (light emitting diode) - diodo/LED/(diodo emisor de luz)

I work for an electronics assembly business. Assemblers use connectors to wire together, and solder, other parts onto boards. I would like to practice electronic terminology, and names like 'light emitting diodes' (l.e.d.s), and learn to use the terms in sentences, conversationally, in english and in spanish.

Hola Aranka.

Breathe in through the nose Inspira por la nariz.
Breathe out through the mouth Espira por la boca.
Stand straight and tall Permanece de pie con la espalda erguida.

Lift your arms above and lock your arms (I don´t quite get what you mean by "locking your arms". Do you mean locking the elbow joint?)

Interlock your fingers Entrelaza los dedos.
Bend to the right side Inclínate hacia la derecha.
Bend backwards Inclínate hacia atrás.
Tighten your buttock muscles Tensa los glúteos.
