		<description>When I was in Moscow I was studying, so my university gave me a way to get student rates to the metro.  It was very cheap for that reason.  Compared to metros in the US, it&#039;s cheap any way you do it because one ride is still less than a dollar.

That might have changed since the dollar keeps falling and the price of tickets keeps rising.</description>
