А Вы не думали что журнал Фитиль просто кто-то профинансировал за этот сюжет? я видел много городов куда грязнее Екатеринбурга, даже можно за пределф области не выезжать.

A quick way to indicate accents in type is to use an apostrophe before the stressed syllable, ex: у’красить

Another method is to use MS word’s feature of inserting symbols. Here’s how:

1. Paste Russian text into new Word document
2. Go to Insert>Symbol. . .
3. In the window that pops up, select “Latin Extended A” in the subset drop down menu.
4. From this menu, you can insert accented A,E,O,and y. Sorry, there is no accented symbol for и or ю.

Finally, you can also use italics for the stressed syllable instead of bold.

Also, my suggestions on some of the mentioned terms
«единицы техники уборочной» – number of street cleaning equipment
«украсить» – to embellish
