I love futebol and Brazilian futebol is among the best. If pressed for one team to call my favorite I have to say Palmeiras.
The reason for Palmeiras is because the team is primarily for it’s Italian roots. I love Brazil, the people & culture but I am of Italian heritage. Palmeiras was founded and supported by the Italian community in Brazil. In fact, their stadium is called “Palestra Italia”.
