A tradition that has survived a generation of living in Canada. Barszcz z uszkami, sledzie, oplatek, happily no carp...substituting with yummy salmon. And yes my mom actually made kutia for a few years (tata was a fan). Mamy duzo sniegu, (approaching 40 cm over the last 7 days). It will definitely feel and look like Christmas.
