Hi, Pawel, I wish you wrote something about Lech Walesa.

I wrote something about him in other blog of mine, penetralia, comparing him and our president, Lula, based on a interview of Walesa that I saw, where he used a aquarium as a metaphor of Poland…if you´re interested, I can translate and send it to you.

I wish I could go to Poland again… But a friend from Poland came here (yes, there are direct flights from Warsaw to Lisbon, now!) and I loved to meet her again!
In the past, I’ve travelled a few times to Poland and I loved going to small villages. Oh, God, how I miss that!
I’ll go back there again when I have a couple of euros to spend.

as for michals comment.. i do speak polish and understand how to read it also…but my comment wasnt aimed at language as such..more like eventing and activities available to me in my region/district. ..

I’m not Polish, but my fiancee is. We just got back from a week in Slovakia at an Esperanto event. Then on Friday we’ll be going to the world Esperanto congress, which is happening this year in Bialystok.

I suspect our vacations do not reflect the typical Polish holiday.
Forgot to mention excellent post. Can’t wait to seeing your next post!
