Arabic Numbers (الأعداد) are given in the table below. When read on their own, they are usually in the feminine form, and the teens always end in the work (عشر), as for complex numbers in Arabic, they follow the system (units and tens), e.g. twenty one is (واحد وعشرون), literally like (one and twenty)

That is not true. It may not be possible to type them using Microsoft Arabic keyboard directly, but in html you can render them. For digits 0 to 9, you can use the following HTML character entity codes:
0 as ۰
1 as ۱
2 as ۲
3 as ۳
4 as ۴
5 as ۵
6 as ۶
7 as ۷
8 as ۸

Thank you for your comment. you can write the numbers in Arabic, but I cannot. Please let me know how you managed to get it. I tried to change the language into Arabic using the language bar, but it does not work!
Please let me know how to do this in HTML.
