Wa Alykum As-salam,
First I am a brother, not a sister, so correct your mistake, brother.
Second, There is nothing in Islam that is “near shirk”. It is either shirk or not shirk according to my humble mind and knowledge of Islam.
Third, Why didn’t I say like what you said, simply, because I am Not you.
Fourth, Electricity was a turning point in the human history, yet we haven’t seen anyone worshipping it. The same happened with cars, planes, TV, and the computer.
So, brother, I advise you to correct your information about Islam and consider the thin line between Innovation and what you call Beda3. I have nothing to do with what you call consequences of my words because I am not responsible for what you understand. You have your mind and I have mine. Where on earth today one can see people worshipping the days, the moon and the sun !? And how many people are they!? And what is their level of education!? Wake up brother, Islam is the religion of the mind and science. It is the last religion. Do you know why it is the last religion? Because it speaks to the mind and it marks the highlight of the human intelligence, knowldge and science.
Finally, I pray for Allah to forgive us all. Ameen
