New version of Byki iPhone Apps extends Unique Language Learning Platform

Byki language learning platform, used by millions, connects desktop software, online community and mobile learning

Nashua, N.H., May 12, 2009 - Transparent Language today announced the release of version 1.1 of their wildly popular Byki for iPhone language learning apps. Version 1.1 provides greater customization of application features and integration with the Byki List Central community content section of Byki.com. Byki users may now download "lists" of language content that they have authored themselves using Byki Deluxe on their computer. They may also download thousands of lists created by other users in the Byki.com community. Byki for iPhone is now available in 11 languages: Chinese, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. The integration between the Byki iPhone apps and the Byki.com website adds a mobile component to a rapidly growing language learning platform. Teachers or ordinary language learners can now use their desktop software to create content that can be used by others online, on the Byki desktop software (free or paid versions), or on their iPhone or iPod Touch.
