The CL-150 Technology Matrix for Critical Languages is a comprehensive suite of software applications and content designed to support language teaching and learning in a variety of settings, from classroom use to fully independent learning.
Prior to this award, Transparent Language software was already being used on DLI's main campus in Monterey, California by a number of Defense Language Institute component and affiliated organizations, such as the Emerging Languages Task Force, the Navy's Center for Information Dominance Detachment, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The new CL-150 Community License announced today expands the availability of the CL-150 at DLI to the maximum extent possible, providing all DLI students, instructors, and base personnel with unlimited access to all CL-150 software applications and content.
"DLI is a recognized leader in re-engineering the way languages are being taught and learned in our digital, connected world," said Mike Quinlan, CEO of Transparent Language. "We're honored to be a part of that effort, and especially pleased that the license coverage is so comprehensive, with every DLI school, level, and language being included."
