United States Special Operations Command Chooses Transparent Language Software

USSOCOM licenses Transparent Language's CL-150 Platform for use by all Special Operations Forces

Nashua, N.H., October 3, 2006 - Transparent Language, Inc. announced today that the company has been awarded a contract from the United States Special Operations Command for an enterprise license of Transparent's CL-150 Platform product. The CL-150 Platform is a comprehensive suite of software applications and content designed to support language teaching and learning in a variety of settings, from classroom use to fully independent learning.

Prior to this award, Transparent Language software was already being used for language training by a number of Special Operations units and by Special Forces students at the U. S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The new CL-150 Community License announced today expands the availability of the CL-150 to all USSOCOM personnel worldwide, including personnel of Army Special Forces, Marine Special Operations Forces, Navy SEALs and Air Force Special Operations Forces.

"Special Operations Forces are famously selective about the products and organizations they employ in support of their missions," said Mike Quinlan, CEO of Transparent Language. "We are honored to be chosen, and we look forward to being of service."
