Manage and lead the Content development team as it defines and produces high quality content for our language-learning software. As a hands-on manager the CPM will work with the product management and linguistic development teams to lead the content development team as it defines the nature and types of learning content that should be produced to meet the needs of our customers and markets. Utilizing internal and external linguistic and multimedia development resources the CPM will; organize and manage the creation and development of learning content, assign projects within the content development team, manage production schedules and budgets, and generally provide strategic direction to the development and evolution of the learning content used in Transparent Language products.
